NMC South Africa Pty (Ltd) (“us”, “NMC South Africa”, ”we”, or “our”) operates the NMC South Africa Website www.nmcsa.co.za (the “Website”). HOW NMC SOUTH AFRICA USES INFORMATION

4.1 NMC SOUTH AFRICA SERVICE PROVIDERS
NMC South Africa does not disclose Personal Data to third parties. However, at a future time, NMC South Africa may need to provide users’ Personal Data to other third parties to deliver specific Products to the User (such as hosting services, Website improvements, marketing campaigns or support Products). These third parties will be required to adhere to Safe Harbour Privacy Principles or at a minimum NMC South Africa will require the third party to certify they follow privacy protection equal to NMC South Africa’s.

5.3 UPDATING OR REMOVING USER INFORMATION
You may, at any time, choose to correct or update the information you have submitted to NMC South Africa by updating your account in the Website Account Settings. If you cancel/terminate your account/Website/Newsletter subscription, your Personal Data and other information may be retained in our archive or backup records.
